The cornerstone of Raj’s approach to real estate is to develop a relationship built on trust and integrity. Very little is as stressful as selling or buying a home so its critical clients know that their realtor will always put what is best for them, ahead of what might be “best or quickest” for the realtor.

Often you will hear a realtor use the phrase: location location location – its importance can’t be understated. Raj’s personal mantra is integrity integrity integrity and it shapes his entire business model and also can’t be understated. This means securing top dollar for a seller’s property no matter how many viewings it takes or how many hours of skillful negotiations are required; or escorting a buyer to countless homes, some a number of times, until they are confident its the perfect one.
